Shipping Information
Orders placed before 2:00 pm CST, Monday - Friday, usually will ship that day. In stock orders placed after 2:00 pm CST will be processed the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders will be processed on the next available business day.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items being ordered, the zip code of the shipping address and the weight of the order. You can determine the shipping cost for any order before checking out by using the shipping calculator located on the shopping cart page. Simple enter the zip code where the order will be shipped and the cart will update to show you the exact cost to ship your order based on the service level selected.

How long does shipping take?
We make every effort to ship all orders placed by 12:00 Noon CST Monday - Friday that same day. Some orders may take up to two business days to process. Delivery timeframes will depend on the service level offered.
- USPS Priority Mail* - 2-3 Business Days
- UPS Ground - 1-5 Business Days depending on your location
- UPS 3 Day Select - End of the third business day
- UPS 2nd Day Air - End of second business day
- UPS Next Day Air - End of next business day

Free Shipping
All orders of $200.00 or more excluding taxes are eligible for free UPS Ground shipping **.

Guarantees
Customer Satisfaction is our top priority. We guarantee our items to be free from defects. Should a product be defective we will replace it within 30 days of purchase. If replacement is unavailable we will refund purchase price and pay for return shipping via UPS.
Return Policy
Disposable Respirators
Due to hygienic considerations, disposable respirators are non-returnable. If you need help selecting the proper disposable respirator for your needs, please feel free to contact our customer service team toll-free at 1-800-724-2596 or by email at contactus@coopersafety.com.
Reuseable Respirators, Filters & Cartridges
Unopened reusable respirators, filters and cartridges may be return for a full refund or exchange. Please follow the return instructions below.

Instructions
To return your order please contact our Customer Service Team by e-mail at rma@coopersafety.com or call toll-free at 1-800-724-2596 to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please note that all returns must have an RA# and will otherwise be rejected. All returns are subject to inspection. Due to the nature of our items we can not accept any used or opened merchandise.
Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out), and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton. Ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid to:

A credit will appear for the cost of the items minus any original shipping fees after we have received and processed your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received by our processing department. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Carrier Changes
Cooper Safety Supply reserves the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer for ground delivery service. In the event of a change, you will be notified in advance.
